6 OPzS 300 2V 322 Ah (C10) Quality-Batteries stationary OPzS-battery with liquid electrolyte
The stationary batteries of the OPzS-series are used as emergency supply sources in telecommunication, industry, hospitals, public buildings and railway systems. Due to their high reliability and operational safety, they are a safe source of power supply for operating theatres, telephone exchanges, control devices and safety devices in power stations and distribution stations. They are also a power source for emergency lighting systems and many other systems of the highest level of responsibility.

Q-Batteries is the brand for highest quality stationary OPzS batteries in SAN vessels with liquid electrolyte and a positive armour plate, which has a service life of more than 1500 cycles. Q-Batteries manufactures OPzS cells, bases and other necessary elements using the latest technological achievements. Our batteries are characterized by a very long life, reliability and favourable prices. The special construction of the cell reduces the frequency of water refilling. On request, our cells can be equipped with recombination plugs, which practically eliminate the need for water refilling and reduce the requirements for room ventilation.
- Our batteries consist of:
- top quality lead-acid cells with liquid electrolyte
- bases and other elements for cell installation to which is applied a coating of the highest corrosion resistance
- The main characteristics of the classic OPzS batteries of the brand Q-Batteries:
- excellent cyclic work, the life time in cyclic work is 1.500 cycles at 80% deep discharge
- low internal resistance due to the use of high quality components (including separators)
- low self-discharge level <3% per month - among other things due to special lead alloys
- the use of the recombination plug (available on request for each battery) reduces the frequency of water refilling
- the electrolyte level can be checked quickly and easily thanks to the transparent vessels
- the battery has a high level of safety and mechanical resistance
- transparent vessel of the cell is produced by a renowned European manufacturer (in a more expensive version the vessel is made of transparent SAN plastic, in a cheaper version the vessel is made of semi-transparent polypropylene). It is resistant to both low and high temperatures.
- Cover with reliable sealing of pole bolts prevents electrolyte losses
- Coating of steel bases and other elements of battery containers is resistant to impact, acids and unfavourable environmental conditions
- Battery cells are connected with fully insulated elastic connectors and insulated screws, which provides protection against short circuits
- Quality batteries are characterized by high performance, which results in the following:
- the duty cycle becomes longer because energy losses during use are minimized
- the charging phase becomes shorter, improving battery availability and reducing charging costs
- the cost of use becomes lower
