Quality batteries 7 OPzV 490 2V 500 Ah (C10) sealed stationary lead-acid battery
The OPzV batteries from Q-Batteries are suitable for a variety of standby applications. The use of gel technology eliminates the need to refill purified water
over the entire service life. At the same time, the batteries of the OPzV series are extremely low-gassing due to the internal gas recombination.

The automated production in Europe ensures an extremely high quality standard and an excellent price-performance ratio.

Construction
- Tubular positive plates (Special grid construction, die-cast antimony alloy, with highly porous cuffs that retain the active material)
- Negative pastirated plates (low antimony alloy grid plates with long term expander)
- Electrolyte (gel structure)
- Separators (Extremely high porosity and low internal resistance)
- Plastic container and lid (ABS) material. Also available in ABS flame-retardant material as option (according to requirement IEC 707 FV0)
- Pole version (M10 version for perfect contact and low resistance with flexible cable connector)
- Pole seals (prevent leakage from electrolyte and terminal corrosion)
- Connections (Flexible, fully insulated screwed connectors (With 20 ± 1 Nm), to the terminal with an insulated screw, Connected with a hole at the top for electrical measurements)
- Backfire protection valve (Opens at low pressure and is equipped with backfire protection)
